Total Delivery

Overview

Total Delivery is a food ordering and delivery platform designed to make the process of ordering food online as simple and enjoyable as possible. The project covered the full end-to-end experience from browsing restaurants to tracking your order.

The Challenge

The food delivery market is crowded with established players. The challenge was to design an experience that felt genuinely easier to use — not just another clone — with a clear visual identity that stood apart.

Process

Competitive analysis and user interviews revealed that the biggest frustrations with existing platforms were around order customisation and unclear delivery time estimates. These became the primary design targets.

User flows and wireframes were developed to streamline the ordering process, reducing the number of taps required to complete a typical order. The visual design used bold typography and warm colours to create an appetising, approachable aesthetic.

Outcome

The resulting design provided a cleaner, faster path from browsing to checkout, with transparent delivery estimates built into every stage of the experience.
